Residents of Norridge and Harwood Heights receive priority for all in-person Kids World programs. Registration starts February 6th for Norridge and Harwood Heights residents with valid library cards. Online registration for everyone starts February 13th. Non-residents will be added to a waiting list and will be contacted if there is room in the program.
