Author John Stangeland discusses his newest book, an insightful look into the overlooked talent of actress Aline MacMahon. Learn about how the atmosphere of Hollywood's golden age created an inescapable blueprint for a career nearly destroyed by politics and fear. After his talk, Stangeland will present a screening of MacMahon's film, Gold Diggers of 1933. Books will be available for sale.
