Carrie Singleton has been offered a job at the spooky local library. During her first program, the presenter, Detective Al Buckley suddenly keels over and dies. Carrie is determined to discover who murdered the detective. Luckily for Carrie, she has a friendly, knowledgeable ghost by her side. But as she asks questions, secrets come to light and she gets closer to ending up like Al.
