Camille Stagg, food-and-wine journalist, will offer a primer on wines including major classifications (table, aperitif, sparkling and dessert); tasting tips; proper storage and serving; wine as an ingredient, and food pairings. Must be over 21.
In-person and phone registration starts November 4th for Norridge and Harwood Heights residents with valid library cards. Online registration for everyone starts November 11th.
