As one of only 30 artists certified through the International Association of Identification, Detective Tim McPhillips' police sketches have helped solve some of Chicago's most difficult criminal cases. In preparation for our discussion with crime writers Ted Gregory and Adam Selzer on October 29th, Detective McPhillips gives you a rare behind the scenes look at forensic sketching in action. 


Registration starts August 7th for Norridge and Harwood Heights residents with current library cards. All others may register beginning August 14th.
